It is the intention of our airline ticketing department to provide each client with a trip locator number with which he/she can receive an on line confirmation at www.eptours.com by using either the "My Trip & More" or the "Check My Trip" link.*  The trip locator number and the family name should both be entered in order to display the reservation.

This confirmation will reflect the entire flight itinerary, special meals and other special requests plus seat assignments, where applicable.  We would also be pleased to enter a frequent flier number into your reservation record.

Please obtain your trip locator number from us and then check on line to verify that requested reservations and amendments, if any, have been made correctly.  We will not be aware of any error we may have made if you don't check and let us know.  Also, if you request an amendment to your air itinerary, please check the "My Trip & More" or "Check My Trip" link to make sure that it has been made.

Please note that we do NOT arrange free frequent flier air tickets.

* "Check My Trip" is used primarily but not exclusively for Egypt Air.  Normally (but not always) "My Trip & More" is used for all other carriers.

For other destinations such as 6 October City we charge our messenger’s actual round trip taxi fare from Maadi.*
