Primary e-mail:  EPT@LINK.NET
Alternate/backup e-mail:  EGYPTPANORAMATOURS@HOTMAIL.COM
WHAT TO DO IF YOU HAVE E-MAIL PROBLEMS:
Our internet service provider, Link.net, by far the largest ISP in Egypt, is blocked ("punished") sporadically for 12-24 hours by SpamCop whenever the latter determines that spam has been sent out by another Link.net e-mail user.  When this happens, your e-mails sent to our primary e-mail address, ept@link.net, may be bounced back to you. To cope with this inconvenience, please either cc our backup e-mail address, egyptpanoramatours@hotmail.com, on every e-mail or else just forward any bounced e-mails to egyptpanoramatours@hotmail.com immediately.  Our office is open seven days a week (except 1 January and official Egyptian holidays) from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in spite of what these bounced e-mails may suggest.  We regret that Link.net is in denial of this problem.  :(

EGYPT TELEPHONE/FAX NUMBERS:
Egypt tels. +20-2-2359-0200 (3 lines), 2358-5880, 2359-1301
Egypt fax: +20-2-2359-1199

IMPORTANT:  All of Cairo's telephone numbers were converted to eight digits in mid-2007.  Egypt Panorama Tours' telephone/fax numbers were all converted to eight digits in June 2007.  Since then you must dial a "2" before the previous seven-digit numbers, as shown above.  For instance, our fax number, which formerly was 359-1199, is now 2359-1199.  In addition, from outside Egypt you must dial "20", the country code for Egypt, and "2", the city code for Cairo.
