 EGYPT PANORAMA TOURS' DETAILED TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR DOMESTIC TOURISM TRANSACTIONS:

Below you will find Egypt Panorama Tours’ domestic tourism department’s (A) regular season cancellation policies and (B) high season cancellation policies.  This information is subject to change.  Please consult us if you have any questions.

(A) EGYPT PANORAMA TOURS - DOMESTIC TOURISM DEPARTMENT CANCELLATION POLICIES DURING THE REGULAR SEASON

(A different policy applies for the high periods in the Christmas/New Year's season and also around Easter.  See far below.)

Note 1:  Cancellations received after the close of business of the reservations department of a hotel or cruise line or airline are considered to have been received on the following day.

Note 2:  In addition to the cancellation fees mentioned below, Egypt Panorama Tours charges USD 50 as a fee for every regular season cancellation.


1) FOR HOTELS IN EGYPT: 

If cancellation is received at least 16 days prior to arrival, a one-night cancellation fee is deducted by the hotel from the refund.

If cancellation is received 15-10 days prior to arrival, a two-night cancellation fee is deducted by the hotel from the refund.

If cancellation is received 9-0 days prior to arrival, NO REFUND is applicable.


2) FOR NILE CRUISES AND LAKE NASSER CRUISES:

For a few cruise companies such as Sonesta, no refund is ever made after payment has been made.  The information below applies to the other cruise companies.  Please inquire for specific information about your transaction if you are in doubt. 

If cancellation is received 46 or more days prior to cruise departure date, no penalty.

If cancellation is received 45-31 days prior to cruise departure date, a one-night cancellation fee is deducted by the cruise line from the refund.

If cancellation is received 30-15 days prior to cruise departure date, a 50% cancellation fee is deducted by the cruise line from the refund.

If cancellation is received 15-0 days prior to cruise departure date, NO REFUND is applicable.


3) FOR TRAIN AND BUS TICKETS IN EGYPT:

Train tickets and bus tickets are completely NON-REFUNDABLE and CANNOT BE CHANGED.  Once they are purchased, you must "use them or lose them."


4) FOR TOURS IN EGYPT:

If cancellation is received at least 7 days prior to tour departure, no penalty.

If cancellation is received 6-0 days prior to tour departure, NO REFUND is applicable.


5) FOR 4-WHEEL DRIVE DESERT SAFARI TRIPS IN EGYPT:

If cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to departure, a USD 50 fee is deducted by the safari operator from the refund.

If cancellation is received 30-0 days prior to departure, NO REFUND is applicable.


6) FOR EGYPT AIR DOMESTIC AIR TICKETS IN EGYPT:

B) EGYPT PANORAMA TOURS - DOMESTIC TOURISM DEPARTMENT CANCELLATION POLICIES DURING THE HIGH PERIODS IN THE CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR’S  SEASON AND AROUND EASTER

(A different policy applies during the regular season.  See far above.)

Note 1:  Cancellations received after the close of business of the reservations department of a hotel or cruise line are considered to have been received on the following day.

Note 2:  In addition to the cancellation fees mentioned below, Egypt Panorama Tours charges USD 100 as a fee for every high season cancellation.


1) FOR HOTELS IN EGYPT:

If cancellation is received at least 31 days prior to arrival, a one-night cancellation fee is deducted by the hotel from the refund.

If cancellation is received 30-0 days prior to arrival, NO REFUND is applicable.


2) FOR NILE CRUISES AND LAKE NASSER CRUISES:

If cancellation is received 61 or more days prior to cruise departure date, no penalty.

If cancellation is received 60-0 days prior to cruise departure date, NO REFUND is applicable.

If cancellation is received 6-0 days prior to tour departure, NO REFUND is applicable.
