We try to reply to all E-mail inquiries within 24 hours.  (If you do not receive a reply from us within 24 hours, please simply repeat your e-mail.  In this Age of Spam, once in awhile we delete a client e-mail in error.)  In order to give you the best service, we request that you include your home, office and mobile telephone contacts in your E-mail inquiry so we can call you with questions.  This will often enable us to give you the information you require a day earlier than if we had to ask you a question by e-mail.  Home and/or office telephone numbers are required in order to make an air booking in addition to mobile numbers as mobiles are not always reliable.

Please reserve your future flights early!  Every year there are those who don't book their summer flights until late May or early June.  There are also those who don't book their Christmas flights until late November or early December.  We have found that those who wait until the last minute are often disappointed to find that the cheapest booking classes are waitlisted.  Why pay more?  Don't get stuck!  We can reserve your air flights up to 11 months in advance.
